One of the biggest complaints from UFC over the years is regarding the promotion not paying their fighters properly. Jon Jones, in particular, has demanded he get paid a proper amount of money to compete in big fights. Jake Paul had previously blasted Dana White over UFC not paying their fighters properly and Paul is certainly relentless when it comes to calling out the UFC President it seems.
Jake Paul had also slammed Dana White for creating a monopoly and taking a huge cut in the UFC. Showtime Sports President Stephen Espinoza talked about Jake Paul in an interview.
Jake Paul took to Twitter and included a video clip of the interview and then went on to claim that Conor McGregor is the most underpaid fighter in the history of the MMA world.
I partnered with @stephenespinoza bc he created the biggest PPVs in history & made sure fighters got majority of the revenue..not 10% like UFC does. McGregor is the most underpaid fighter in history (what he gets paid to fight versus the value he has brought to UFC, ESPN and MMA)
Jake Paul had previously stated that he is the ‘money fight’ for Conor McGregor. Before Jake Paul can focus on Conor McGregor, he has to contend with Tyron Woodley on August 29th as he is undoubtedly Jake Paul’s toughest opponent to date.
