The rivalry between Conor Mcgregor and Dustin Poirier reached a new level as it culminated in the main event of UFC 264. The two fighters took each other on in the highly anticipated fight which ended in a tough break for Notorious. Conor McGregor fractured his ankle at the end of the first round and Dustin Poirier was declared the winner via TKO after the fight ended due to doctor’s stoppage. Since then McGregor has been on a path of destruction.
Conor McGregor also has experience in boxing thanks to his boxing match against Floyd Mayweather back in 2017. Since then many fans have been wondering if Conor McGregor will ever step inside a boxing ring again.
Conor McGregor recently concluded a Q&A session on Twitter, where he answered questions given by fans. One fan asked him if he will consider becoming a full-time boxer someday.
“Switch full time boxing in this later stage of your career?” one fan asked. McGregor answered that he doesn’t rule out becoming a full-time boxer somewhere down the line.
Possibly. The leg tho will be more than equipped to kick. I am billi walking straight to a title shot on my return and it sickens the bums of this business. Which is the real reason these constant disrespectful comments come by way. God bless them.
Conor McGregor is already making a recovery in rapid fashion. We will have to wait and see what shape Conor McGregor will be in once he returns to the Octagon as McGregor is expected to be out of action for a year.
