50 Cent is undoubtedly one of the most popular rappers in the history of the Hip-Hop world, as he has worldwide appeal and has appeared in various mediums such as games, movies, books and more. 50 Cent supports DaBaby, and the rap legend is also known to defend those he believes in. He also previously reacted to Eminem showing him some love on the new Nas album.
Eminem and 50 Cent are very good friends and have worked on various projects together. Now it seems Eminem fans should update their Starz subscription because Eminem is set to appear as a guest star in 50 Cent’s upcoming series ‘BMF.’
More details regarding the upcoming series have now been revealed. The series will focus on the real-life story of the Black Mafia Family. According to The Wrap, Eminem will act in the role of “White Boy Rick.” 50 Cent also had a lot of excitement regarding Eminem’s appearnace.
“I’m honored and appreciative of my good friend Em for supporting my new show ‘BMF. We couldn’t do a show based in Detroit without incorporating the legend that is Eminem.”
Eminem will play Rick Wershe Jr, who is also known as “White Boy Rick.” Rick was an FBI informant when he sold drugs and guns as part of a Detroit gang. At the age of 17, he was arrested by police and sentenced to life in prison. Rick was then paroled and released from prison last year and a few weeks ago, filed a lawsuit against the Detroit Police Department for well over $100 million. We will have to wait and see how Eminem’s role will turn out to be.
