Alyssa Milano Involved In Car Wreck On Los Angeles Freeway

Alyssa Milano and her uncle Mitch were in a car accident on Tuesday night. This occured after Mitch reportedly suffered what is believed to have been a heart attack. Thankfully, Alyssa is okay, but this was still a scary situation.

Mitch was driving on the Los Angeles freeway when another car hit theirs. Mitch became unconscious behind the wheel, according to TMZ, after suffering an apparent heart attack.

The 48-year-old Charmed actress was the passenger in their Ford Edge and she reached over to smash the brakes with her hand. Their SUV continued to drift and it hit another car in the lane next to theirs. Then the vehicle finally came to a stop.

Uncle Mitch received CPR when emergency responders arrived at the scene. Following the incident, Milano tweeted out how important it is for everyone to learn the lifesaving act of CPR.

We should all take every opportunity we have to protect the people we love. Get vaccinated. Wear masks. Lock up your guns. Learn CPR. Small, common-sense actions.

It’s not hard to take care of each other, but it is important.

She did not address the accident on social media, but this comment about learning CPR was certainly a note that all fans need to take into consideration. The fact that she instructed fans to learn CPR is also an indication that this scary story was a very real one for the Sorry Not Sorry author.
