Sylvester Stallone has been keeping busy these days. As the Rocky legend hangs out with John Cena and comments on UFC fighters, he’s been entirely focused on one thing and one thing only: Selling his mansion.
Stallone has been seeking to sell his large mansion for a while now. While he had a high price for the Beverly Hills mansion, he’s generously taken it down to a modest $85 million.
The mansion had been listed for a sale in February with the unbelievable price tag of $110 million. While nobody had showed interest in his 8-bedroom & 9-bath mansion back then, he took the price down to something at which people are willing to buy.
The house has all the luxuries one can expect from a $85 million house. It has 8-car garage, an art studio, a pool, it’s own very theater & a home gym. The house even has a dedicated cigar room, but the biggest feature of all is the Rocky memorabilia room.
The 3-acre property was off the market for months, but the current scene of the real-estate market in Southern California is very vibrant. This means it was high time for Stallone to put the mansion he’s called home since the 90’s to sale.
