“Black Panther” actress Letitia Wright received an unexpected injury during a late-night shooting of the sequel, “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.” The actress has been hospitalized, which means that her injury is somewhat serious.
The actress received the injury while using a stunt rig. The cite for the shooting was in Boston. A spokesperson from Marvel revealed to Deadline that she has only sustained minor injuries, which means she’ll be off with a little bit of recovery.
Another sign of the actress getting off easy is that her injury has little to no impact on the shooting schedule for the movie. She is soon to be released from the hospital.
She was on set for the movie last week while being fully costumed in her outfit. While there were speculations on the actress being snubbed from the movie for being an anti-vaxxer, the citing put all the speculation to rest. BTS photo of Black Panther 2 recently revealed the throne room. The film’s shooting was officially started in July, and it’s expected to release sometime in 2022.
