Pink Loses Father To Long Battle With Cancer

Pink is one of the most accomplished pop-stars of all time. However, she went through an unfortunate deal of fate recently. The 41-year old popstar lost her father to a long battle with cancer. Her father, name Jim Moore, was a Vietnam war veteran.

Friends, family and fans came in to support the artist through this hard ordeal. The artist took to Instagram in order to commemorate her father’s life. She posted a photo of his with the caption: “Til forever.”

The picture showed a young pink, named Alecia Moore and her father slow dancing in a black and white image. Another image included the artist’s 2006 wedding to Carey Hart.

Jen Pastiloff, an author and Pink’s friend said “Worst pain 😢😢love you.” Pink took to Instagram on the previous day where she posted a photo of his father. They were performing a song her father wrote while serving in Vietnam. The song was called “Daddy-Sir.”
