Britney Spears’ Assault Case Handed Over To Prosecutors

After many years of emotional abuse and turmoil, Britney Spears spoke out against her father’s conservatorship a couple of months ago. Spears also previously stated that she is really looking forward to her conservatorship court date. She also squashed rumors of her being pregnant a while ago.

It was previously reported that Britney Spears doesn’t want to be scared to speak amid her conservatorship case. Britney Spears then addressed the drama of her conservatorship in a previous video.

As reported earlier, Britney Spears’ dogs were taken away from her, which led to a legal dispute between herself and her housekeeper. While she got them back, it seems the assault case is yet to be dealt with.

According to The Mirror, police in Southern California handed over the assault case to prosecutors. Captain Eric Buschow of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the case has been handed to prosecutors.

The Ventura County District Attorney’s office will decide if Spears should be charged with an offence or not for allegedly assaulting the housekeeper.

Britney Spears recently claimed she only left her Las Vegas residency two times in four years. We will have to wait and see what happens in the ongoing conservatorship case and hope Britney Spears will finally be free to live her life the way she sees fit.
