Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley finally threw down for Showtime boxing, and the Problem Child put his money where he mouth is, literally.

Paul revealed that he took less money for this fight to ensure that other boxers on the card could make more. He has been outspoken about UFC fighters and their plight with small paydays in the past. This time he was quite open about it while speaking to The Sporting News.

I’m not just saying it; I’m actually doing it. That’s taking money out of my pocket to give all boxers on the card the biggest payday of their lives.

We will have to see how much Jake Paul gets out of this fight when the final amount is tallied up. Apparently, his payday could have been a lot more, but he decided to take less to spread the wealth a bit.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
