Jake Paul Stakes His Claim As The New Face Of The Fight Game

Jake Paul’s notoriety needs no introductions as he’s a huge name in boxing right now and the hype he builds for each of his matches is remarkable. The YouTuber turned boxer also possesses a face that many people would like to punch, including his own friends. Jake Paul also loves trash-talking his opponents before his matches and it has been quite effective on each occasion.

On August 29, Jake Paul and Tyron Woodley finally faced each other in a boxing match. To the surprise of many, The Problem Child not only managed to last 8 rounds in the match, he was also able to win the match via a split decision.

This came as a huge disappointment for fans who wanted to see Tyron Woodley decimate Jake Paul inside the boxing ring, but they did not get their wish.

While speaking to MMA Junkie’s Mike Bohn after the conclusion of his match, Jake Paul proclaimed himself as the new face of the fight game and simply left it at that.

”There’s a new face of the fight game, you know? That’s it.”

Thanks to all the buzz Jake Paul created in the past few months, it is hard to argue with Paul being the new face of the fighting game. It remains to be seen who he will fight next as many believe he will face Tyron Woodley in a rematch somewhere down the line.
