LeBron James knows how to have a good time, but not after his workout. The leader of the Lake Show might be gearing up for a better season next year, but he is taking some time away from it all in Italy.

King James was spotted during an early morning workout session while on vacation. Fans noticed his shirtless physique showed off just how much work he’s put into maintaining fantastic shape.

The 36-year-old pro baller legend worked out hard in Capri, Italy. He was photographed while standing on a yacht on the water while working with his resistance bands.

LeBron James has an impressive fitness routine, and a family vacation to Italy didn’t slow him down one bit. You have to give him credit for his dedication.

We’ll have to see if all that extra work pays off for the LA Lakers next season, but he’s certainly trying hard to stay ready.
