2016’s Doctor Strange made many fans familiar with Benedict Cumberbatch’s character of the same name. Strange has been featured in several films since then, including Avengers Infinity War and Endgame, where he played a significant role. He will also have a huge role to play in Spider-Man: No Way Home, which will deal with multiverses.
The first trailer for the upcoming film finally dropped last month, much to the delight of fans. It gave a lot of focus to the relationship between Peter Parker and Doctor Strange.
The dynamic between the two is now one of the most talked-about subjects about the upcoming movie and it isn’t difficult to understand why that is the case.
On top of that, the film dealing with multiverses will certainly have a lot of ramifications as well. While speaking to the Variety Awards Circuit Podcast, Benedict Cumberbatch said that the concept of the film is “daring” and “brilliant,” adding that it will spark a lot of debate among fans.
“Yeah, [filming Spider-Man: No Way Home] will be a lot, a lot of fun. There will be a lot of debate about it, I’m sure, but it’s a daring, brilliant concept.”
With the film drawing inspiration from Marvel comic One More Day, it remains to be seen how the film will turn out to be once the film releases on December 17th this year.
