Britney Spears Suddenly Deletes Her Instagram Account

Britney Spears made a lot of headlines thanks to her Instagram account, but those days are over. The pop icon’s account was deleted out of nowhere.

After Spears took to Instagram to announce her engagement to Sam Asghari, her account vanished. This left fans to wonder what is going on.

Spears is supposedly coming out of her restrictive conservatorship, one that she was bound under for over a decade. She shared a post which was an excerpt from a re-shared article, “Infusing Education with Heart,” and the following caption before her account was taken down.

“I had to repost this so you can see the whole article!!!!! Growing up in a world where basically almost everything I did was controlled by someone else. “I hope this message gets to people who have been confused or manipulated by a system.”

There was on reason given about why she nixed her account. She can always bring it back, but perhaps she felt that a break from Instagram was a good idea; as it often can be.
