Nicki Minaj doesn’t need any introductions as far as being one of the top female rappers in the Hip-Hop world is concerned. She is not a stranger to various accolades over the years. Minaj can also trend on social media whenever she feels like it.
However, despite all her fame and fortune, Nicki Minaj also has had her fair share of controversies over the years. She recently tweeted a very controversial narrative when it came to COVID-19 vaccines.
This led to her being buried by the Minister of Health for Trinidad and Tobago. Now it seems Nicki Minaj claimed that she got banned from Twitter in general due to what she said.
While speaking during a recent Instagram live session, Nicki Minaj stated that she is in ‘Twitter jail.’ She also voted never to return to Twitter ever again after what happened.
“I’m in Twitter jail y’all. They didn’t like what I was saying over there on that block, I guess. My poll was gonna be. Asking questions is OK. I like being fkng dumb. Then boom. Can’t tweet.
I’ll never go back on Twitter because it’s starting to feel a little scary… what’s happening now is that slowly but surely we’re living n those places we used to talk about 20 or 30 years ago… we’ve become that place where you can’t speak for fear of the mob attacking you…
“What am I doing that’s so bad that you’ve disabled my twitter? I didn’t put out any facts.”
Perhaps it is for the best if Nicki Minaj doesn’t return to Twitter as her controversial views regarding COVID-19 vaccines is certainly not welcome there.
