Former President of the United States Donald Trump needs no introduction as his controversial comments over the years have drawn the ire of people all over the world. Donald Trump knows how to talk and he displayed his skills last week as well.
Donald Trump is now using his niece and the New York Times for publishing details from his tax returns. Trump claimed that it violated a confidentiality agreement that his niece signed with him.
Trump also filed a lawsuit against the New York Times as well as Mary Trump for allegedly working together in order to obtain, share and publish his personal tax information in a wide-ranging story.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Donald Trump alleged that Mary Trump agreed to keep the financial information confidential as part of a settlement with Trump and others back in the early 2000, claiming that it barred her from sharing the information.
Trump added that she conspired with the New York Times and that they were “motivated by a personal vendetta[.]” He also claimed that a reporter for the Times allegedly approached Mary relentlessly in an effort to seek these documents, which were apparently off-limits and they knew that fact.
Donald Trump made some very serious allegations and will have a hard time trying to prove his claims in court. We will keep you updated on this ongoing story.
