Britney Spears finally spoke out against her father’s conservatorship on June 23rd, addressing a Los Angeles Superior Court judge via video. For a long time, Britney Spears was working hard to get her father out of her life. It was previously reported that Britney Spears doesn’t want to be scared to speak amid her conservatorship case.
Britney Spears is also not ashamed of her body and promoted body positivity. However, she also admitted that she was happier at a heavier weight.
Britney Spears also barely had any privacy thanks to the conservatorship as she was monitored 24/7 which ultimately took a huge toll on her mental wellbeing.
A former member of Britney Spears’ security team claimed he has secretly kept a copy of an “extremely sensitive” audio recording of Spears that his employer wanted to be deleted. The former member of Black Box Security talked about the supposed tape in a trailer for “Controlling Britney Spears.”
“Edan [Yemini, a former bodyguard for Spears] and one of the agents working with him came into my office and handed me the audio recording device and a USB drive and asked me to wipe it. I had them tell me what was on it. They seemed very nervous and said that it was extremely sensitive, that nobody can ever know about this, and that’s why I need to delete everything on it so there’s no record of it.”
The former employee stated that the exchange “raised so many red flags,” adding, “I did not want to be complicit in whatever they were involved in, so I kept a copy because I didn’t want to delete evidence.” It is not known whether Yemini plays the tape or not as fans will have to wait for the whole episode to come out first. We will keep you updated on this ongoing story.
