Britney Spears finally spoke out against her father’s conservatorship on June 23rd, addressing a Los Angeles Superior Court judge via video. For a long time, Britney Spears was working hard to get her father out of her life. It was previously reported that Britney Spears doesn’t want to be scared to speak amid her conservatorship case.
Britney Spears also barely had any privacy thanks to the conservatorship as she was monitored 24/7 which ultimately took a huge toll on her mental wellbeing. It essentially ruined her friends circle as well.
While speaking during “The New York Times Presents: Controlling Britney Spears,” Britney Spears’ best friend Felicia Culotta claimed that she no longer has Britney Spears’ phone number and has no way of contacting her.
“I don’t have any way of getting in touch with her at this point. All the numbers that I have [for her] are now changed.”
When Culotta was asked whether she wanted to share a message for Spears, she made sure to send Britney Spears a very positive message.
“First off, I would make you giggle. And second off, I’d want you to remember all the funny things and all the fun times. I want you to remember how strong you are, how talented you are, how silly you are, how goofy you are and that that heart of yours is gigantic.
Hang in there. Your voice is coming back. You are louder and prouder and more powerful than I’ve seen you in a really long time. I love you, and I will support you no matter what.”
We certainly hope Britney Spears gets to enjoy her life as much as she can as her conservatorship seems to be drawing to an end from the looks of it.
