The Tampa Bay Buccaneers set to face the New England Patriots on Sunday. However, Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski seems to have injured himself yet again.
Buccaneers coach Bruce Arians has listed Gronkowski as “doubtful” for the game. This decision has been a result of Gronkowski suffering a rib injury.
Usually, when a player is listed as “doubtful,” they end up not participating in the game. However, fans seem quite optimistic that Gronkowski will play Sunday’s game.
The New England Patriots are Gronkowski’s former team. Moreover, if Gronkowski plays Sunday’s game at Gillette Stadium, it could potentially be last game of Gronkowski’s NFL career.
Adam Schefter later confirmed that Gronk is out of the game. “Bucs’ TE Rob Gronkowski is not making the trip to New England today due to his rib injury and he will be out Sunday night vs. New England, per sources.”
This is a big blow to the Bucs as they travel to New England.
