The Rock is a family man in a big way and that especially includes Grandma Grover. Sadly, distance separated the two on her big birthday, but he still got a song in for her.
Dwayne Johnson is lighting up Hollywood in a huge way and has been doing so for a long time. Grandma Grover must be proud of him, as would anyone in her position with such a famous face drop a video for her.
The Rock dropped a video of himself singing Happy Birthday, the famous tune to celebrate someone spending another year on this earth. He also included a caption to let everyone know that it is this special lady’s happy day.
When she turned 100, I started singing Happy Birthday to Grandma Grover. Today she’s 102 years old. and this has become one of my FAVORITE things to do. And she sang back to me!! I wish I still had my grandma, but I do have her! Enjoy your birthday! Love, your Rock
The Rock sang his song and Grandma Grover loved every moment of it. He then called her “America’s Grandma.”
She was over the moon with happiness while hearing from Dwyane Johnson, as anyone should be on their big day. It was a very happy video and just the kind of news we needed on a day like this.
