Justin Timberlake & Jessica Biel Selling Hollywood Hills Crib For Unbelievable Price

Justin Timberlake and wife Jessica Biel are ready to leave their L.A. crib behind. However, they aren’t settling for less than many million dollars for their luxurious villa.

The pop-star and former NSYNC member recently listed their villa for a whopping $35 million. While the price is quite high (which is an understatement), their soon-to-be former crib is located in the Hollywood Hills, which is as best as one could get to live.

Timberlake has resided in the house since 2002, which Nsync was its all time high. The chances of The Timberlakes earning a sizable profit on the villa are quite high, as the house was initially bought for a mere $8.6 million (when compared to $35 million!).

The entire property is about 10 acres in size. The house was formerly owned by Errol Flynn, and it includes a whopping 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. Other specialties include a home gym, a home theatre, a gourmet kitchen and a tennis court.
