Ben Simmons Lists Down His Philadelphia Villa For $3.1 Million

Ben Simmons is just about done with the Philadelphia 67ers. While the player has been immensely distancing himself with the team, he is seeking trade offers from other teams.

Simmons’ luck might not strike on point though, as an ESPN analyst revealed this Simmons will probably have to continue on his path down the 67ers due to most rosters already being completely filled.

The NBA player has already cut off all communications with the team, he might be seeking to leave the city of Philadelphia. Since the 67ers have withheld the player’s $8.25 million in payment, Simmons listed his Philadelphia house down for $3.1 million.

Simmons spent a fortune of $17.5 million on a house in Los Angeles, which indicates his potential move to the city of dreams. While his contract still remains intact for 4 more years, the sudden disenchantment of the player from the Philadelphia 67ers only spells bad news for the team.
