‘WandaVision’ was MCU’s first attempt at making a spinoff TV series after the end of their phase 3 mainline films. While the reception for the show was largely mixed, Kathryn Hahn received unanimous praise for her role as Agatha Harkness.
According to Variety, now it seems Kathryn Hahn will now be starring in a spinoff based on her Agatha Harkness character. The series will be produced at Marvel Studios and Disney+.
The potential series is currently being billed as a “dark comedy,” but no more information regarding the plot has been revealed as of yet and it is understandable why.
The head writer for WandaVision, Jan Schaeffer, is also set to be the writer and executive producer behind the upcoming spinoff series. It remains to be seen how the series will turn out to be once it releases. We will keep you updated on this ongoing story.
On a side note, I share my birthday with Kathryn Hahn and couldn’t be happier about this fact.
