Ariana Grande is currently one of the best pop singers in the music industry right now. On top of that, she is an advocate of mental health and stability and she had done a grand gesture regarding just that.
Now it seems she is doing so once again as Ariana Grande teamed up with the therapy platform Better Health to give mental health support for her fans on World Mental Health Day.
Ariana Grande took to her Instagram in order to announce that she and Better Health are giving away up to $5 million in free therapy.
“I acknowledge that there are very real barriers when it comes to accessing mental health resources, and while this is only one small gesture (and a much larger systemic problem remains) I wanted to do this again with @betterhelp in hopes of bringing access to a few more people and perhaps inspiring a few of you to try something new and prioritize your own healing,”
She has also been open about her own mental struggles, including her battle with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after the horrific 2017 Manchester Arena suicide bombing at her concert which left 23 people dead. We certainly applaud Ariana Grande for her gesture and hope she helps even more people battle their mental illnesses.
