After several years of harassment, torture and mental anguish, Britney Spears spoke out against her father’s conservatorship a couple of months ago. It was previously reported that Britney Spears doesn’t want to be scared to speak amid her conservatorship case.
In a landmark victory, Spears’ father Jamie was finally suspended from her conservatorship. This brought joy and relief to Britney Spears and her supporters. Britney Spears also has two sons Sean, 16, and Jayden, 15 and the pop icon rarely uploads photos of the two as she wants them to stay away from the limelight.
According to TMZ, Spears ex-husband Kevin Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan stated that even if Spears’ conservatorship is dissolved next month, it will not affect the custody agreement she and Federline agreed upon regarding their sons.
It was said that teenagers get a lot of say in court when it comes to what is best for them. Due to the current arrangement being adequate, there seems to be no need for it to change.
As for the arrangement, it seems Britney Spears being able to see her children whenever she wants to and also when they want to see her. It was also said that Britney Spears will be taking time to heal after all the years of abuse suffered due to the conservatorship, but is expected to come back stronger than ever.
