Kanye West & Kim Kardashian filed for divorce after seven years of marriage. Kim had previously stated that she was lonely in her marriage to the rapper. Another breaking point mentioned for their marriage was West wanting Kim to move to Wyoming full time.
It seems like West does not want anything to do with Wyoming or his Monster Lake Ranch there as he has listed the property for $11 million. This is $3 million less than what the asking price was when he bought it in September 2019. According to TMZ, the ranch has a restaurant, an event center, meeting facilities, 2 lakes and 8 lodging units.
West recorded his Ye album in Wyoming and had its release party there too. However, West and Kim were living separate lives as he started spending more time at the ranch.
West also bought a second property in Wyoming for $14.495 million. It is not known yet if he plans to sell it too.
The divorcees have said that they want to make things work. With Kanye West helping Kim Kardashian for the recent SNL hosting gig, it sure makes one think of what this move could mean.
