“Black Panther” actress Letitia Wright made a name for herself as Shuri in the film and is also set to reprise her role in the upcoming sequel “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.”
Letitia Wright is also a controversial figure due to her stance on COVID-19 vaccines, as she is an anti-vaxxer. As reported earlier, Letitia Wright pushed anti-vaccination views on the set of “Black Panther 2” despite the current COVID-19 pandemic situation.
Recently, Letitia Wright took to Instagram and addressed the reports of her sharing anti-vax views as she vehemently denied ever doing such a thing.
”It saddens me to have to address the report” about “my conduct on the set of Black Panther 2. I honestly assert that this was completely untrue.
Anyone who knows me or has worked with me, knows that I work incredibly hard at my craft & my main focus is always to do work that’s impactful and inspiring. That has been & will continue to be my only focus.
I will continue to hold onto Gods hands, and onto the scripture of Isaiah 54:17.
I continue to focus on my healing. Thank you for your prayers.
And I continue to pray for Gods love, peace & joy for you all.
God bless you.
Letitia.”
She previously faced backlash for her anti-vaxxer views and at this point in time that is unlikely to change as getting a vaccine is certainly very important in this day and age.
