Ray J Released From Hospital After Battle With Pneumonia

Ray J was recently hospitalized with pneumonia. After a week-long stay in the hospital, where he actually filed for divorce, Ray was initially thought to have contracted the virus that causes COVID-19, but that was not the case.

Despite pneumonia being a symptom of COVID, the singer tested negative for the virus. He was removed from the COVID wing, and taken to a normal hospital bed.

As for what caused the illness, TMZ has reported that their sources link it to Ray J just being too busy. From the constant travel to his workaholic atmosphere, the source believes Ray was taking on too much.

We’re glad Ray J is feeling better, but it’s worth revisiting the note about the divorce. This is, in fact, Ray J and wife Princess Love‘s third attempt to file for a divorce.

That’s not three divorces. That’s three attempts at a divorce.

The TMZ source said that Ray J’s health issues had nothing to do with the filing. They noted that it was the result of ongoing marital problems.
