Kyrie Irving is certainly one of the best basketball players in the NBA. The Brooklyn Nets star might also retire as well due to his refusal to adhere to the COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Due to his refusal to get vaccinated, Kyrie Irving could miss up to 45 games this season. It seems Chance the rapper isn’t against Irving’s stance either.
From the looks of it, Kyrie Irving couldn’t care less about missing out on the seasons as even his coach has accepted that fact. Irving was put on blast for it and heavily criticized by several people, including former NBA players such as Raja Bell.
Kyrie Irving also recently took it upon himself to shut down all retirement rumors. Now it seems Irving has support in Chance The Rapper. Chance took to Kyrie Irving’s Instagram Live and commented on what Irving said. Chance The Rapper posted three ‘100’ emojis, seemingly agreed with Irving’s stance on the vaccines.
Brooklyn Nets general manager Sean Marks recently revealed that Kyrie Irving will not practice or play for the Brooklyn Nets until he is ready to be a full-time participant. It is unlikely Irving will get vaccinated anytime soon from the looks of it and that is not going to change. At least for Irving’s sake, he has some supporters, even if we can’t condone what he is doing.
