Eve Announces Her First Pregnancy

Missy Elliott, Trina, Fat Joe, and countless other celebrities are congratulating Eve on her first pregnancy. The Grammy award winning musician, rapper, actor and former host of “The Talk” took to Instagram to announce her first pregnancy this week.

Eve shared two photos of her baby bump and revealed that she is expected to give birth in February 2022.

The Philadelphia native is expecting her first child with her 49 year old husband Maximilian Cooper, who is a race car driver and entrepreneur. Cooper shared the same baby bump picture on his Instagram and said he’s very excited to share the big news on their “lil human” coming soon.

This will be Cooper’s fifth child. Eve is already a step mom to his four older children.

Eve famously shared her fertility struggles while hosting The Talk. Before she left the show to expand her family, she shared how she and Cooper had been trying to conceive using various methods since their wedding in 2014. The 42 year old commiserated with fellow Talk host Sharon Osborne, who spoke about a friend who just had her first child at 50.

“Hearing that for me Mrs. [Sharon Osbourne], that gives me so much hope. I think as women we’re always told when you reach a certain age, ‘You’re too old. You should have done this then,'” she said.

Eve’s “lil human” is expected to join us in February 2022. Congratulations to the happy couple!
