Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are incredibly happy, but there is a little problem. Fox is still married to Brian Austin Green. That is about to come to an end as the couple have ageed on a divorice situation.
TMZ reports that Fox and Green settled on their divorce and all they need to do is get a judge to sign off on it. That signature should come any day for them.
According to court documents, the divorce spelled out joint custody for their three sons, but that is something they agreed to from the beginning. There was also no prenup and in California that means the 10-year marriage is a 50/50 split of all property.
Megan Fox’s legal last name will be Megan Fox once again, because it was Green before. The terms of any child support was not outlined in the documents.
Now Megan Fox and MGK can continue their relationship without having to worry about what her husband thinks about things.
