More UFC Fighters Could Make Jump To AEW

AEW is booked by Tony Khan and he knows how to capture attention with outside guests. Dam Lambert’s American Top Team received a tremendous spotlight in recent weeks and that’s not likely to stop. For the past several weeks, Chris Jericho has been engaged in a feud with Dan Lambert and America’s Top Team, comprised of popular UFC fighters such as Jorge Masvidal and Junior Dos Santos. More fighters could be on the way.

It was recently announced that Junior Dos Santos will team up with Scorpio Sky and Ethan Page to take on The Inner Circle on this week’s episode of AEW Rampage. Many fans can’t wait to see how that turns out.

While speaking to Jim Varsallone of the Miami Herald, the former UFC Heavyweight Champion talked about his in-ring debut in the world of professional wrestling, making it clear that he is very excited about it. Junior Dos Santos also hinted at more UFC fighters possibly making their way to AEW as well in the future.

“…If you go to the gym and ask the guys, do you want to go to pro wrestling and go do something in pro wrestling, most of them would say yes. Because they can see how excited I am.”

We will have to wait and see who will come out on top on next week’s episode of AEW Rampage as Junior Dos Santos is more than ready to decimate Chris Jericho and the Inner Circle. AEW knows how to book their guests and that could only encourage more big names to pay Tony Khan’s company a visit.
