Mia Khalifa Wants Her Career To Be A Cautionary Tale For Others

Mia Khalifa began her career as an adult actress at the age of 21. She worked in the adult film industry for three months. During this time, she starred in a total of 12 films that have since gone on to generate millions of dollars. Now it seems Khalifa wants to warn other adult actors.

Unfortunately, Mia Khalifa only made $12K out of the millions for her videos. She also split up with her husband of two years earlier this year. Despite all this, she remains one of the most popular adult stars out there.

While speaking with Yahoo Life, Mia Khalifa talked about gaining her own self-confidence. She then talked about why she decided to open an OnlyFans account and how she was easily manipulated.

“I was looking to other people to put value on myself. I was looking for validation in every crevice that I could, without actually doing internal work. I was naive, vulnerable, and malleable. Very easily talked into things, especially if it was by a man.

I trust the people who I’m sending my content out to, to the point where even if it leaks, I’m not too worried about it because I’m proud of what I’m putting out there.”

In her most controversial Pornhub video, Khalifa was seen wearing a hijab. This led to outrage and even death threats from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. Khalifa realized she wanted to step away from the adult industry shortly after and wanted her experience to be a cautionary tale.

“What I can take away from this is protecting other women and being a cautionary tale. I was overweight and I didn’t really have very many friends. I didn’t look like everyone else who was around me and that led me into a relationship that I should not have entered. And those were the steps that led me to the adult industry.”

Mia Khalifa ultimately regrets performing as an adult actress at such a young age, but there is no point regretting it anymore. She is focused on doing other things in her life right now and that is for the best.
