Sean Penn’s 29-Year-Old Wife Wants Divorce Just One Year After Marriage

Sean Penn made a name for himself acting in several TV shows and films such as ‘Friends’ and ‘Milk.’ His personal life has been full of ups and downs over the years. Now it seems his personal life is once again in shambles as Penn will no longer be a married man.

According to People, Sean Penn’s 29-year-old wife actress Leila George filed for divorce after just over one year of marriage. The two had dated for four years before getting married last year in July 2020.

Merely a few days later, Sean Penn confirmed that they had tied the knot on “Late Night with Seth Meyers.” George, who is the daughter of Vincent D’Onofrio of “Law & Order” is also Sean Penn’s third wife.

Sean Penn was married to Madonna from 1985 to 1989 and Robin Wright from 1996 to 2010. He and Wright, 54, share two children: daughter Dylan, 30, and son Hopper, 28. We wonder if Sean Penn will give up on getting married from now on.
