Drake is going through the golden period of his career. With his album Certified Lover Boy getting to the top spot and all spots of the charts occupied, Drake has a lot to party for. While Drake himself might not be free all the time, his doppelgängers are doing it for him.
Drizzy’s doppelganger, one of many, tried to land himself a spot into a bar. While many noticed his resemblance to the certified lover boy, they did not let him in. That started a string of commentary on social media, with people joking about him to talking in Drake references. The poster said:
ain’t no telling how long certified outdoor boy has been waiting…but even tho time flies I’m sure he feels no ways [because] it’s God’s plans.
DJ Akademiks was quick to capitalize on the Twitter vid, while taking to his Instagram and posting it with the caption “Fake drake got in the club and got hella bottles sent to him.”
Fake Drake still had a hell of a luck, as he eventually got in. He even made it into Akademiks story, posing like Drake. According to Akademiks, he even got sent many drinks, which might have been a great move for the bar’s publicity.
