Michael Jackson is no longer with us, but his legacy lives on through the music he made and the items he left behind. Statues that once belonged to MJ went up for big money, but they had to be sold as a set. A new rare item just went up for sale as well, but it’s going to cost anyone big.

Jackson’s passport application is now on the open market. This paperwork was filled out so Michael Jackson could continue his globetrotting ways.

According to TMZ, the King of Pop lost his passport in the early 90s and he had to fill out a replacement form. That document is now being sold by Moments in Time, a well-known auction house.

Four photos of Michael Jackson were included in this passport application. He also filled out the entire form, even the signature line. The photos of this paperwork are causing a lot of buzz, and for good reason. It’s not every day when something this connected to Michael Jackson goes up for sale.

This documentation has a $75k price tag at this time. We’ll have to see what’s up with that, because that is a lot of money to spend on a piece of paper.

Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News opened the door for a new opportunity for Jenkins. With a history in finance, he broke into the journalism game by writing on blogs and other freelance websites before branching into sports and entertainment news. Being in tune with pop culture doesn't mean it has to make sense, but he tries. Favorite bands include any group from Seattle who formed between 1991 and 1999. 5 Ozzfests under his belt and 12 Warped Tours, but his last concert was a bluegrass AC/DC cover band that was not 100% terrible.
