Mike Tyson Has Bizarre Response To Whether He Ever Considered Training For UFC

Mike Tyson’s accolades as a professional boxer certainly need no introductions. Tyson is a multiple-time champion and has defeated the best of the best the boxing world had to offer. He also had an interesting response to being asked about competing in the UFC.

Mike Tyson has a lot of respect for UFC President Dana White for all White has done in making UFC the most popular MMA promotion. Many fans also wondered if Tyson ever wanted to step inside the Octagon while he was still competing as a boxer.

While speaking on the Full Send Podcast, Mike Tyson asked if he had ever considered getting into the UFC during his time as a boxer. Tyson decided to answer in a very bizarre way.

“Listen, I never really thought about that stuff. But I would train and learn that style, though. But listen, I’m just the kind of guy, if I know some sh** like this, I’m gonna hit somebody in the f**king street with some sh**, some stupid sh**. I’m one of those guys. It’s ridiculous. They say, you know, I’m just giving somebody 40 f**king million dollars and I met f**king 10 seconds ago. That’s the kind of idiocy I’m talking about. Stupid motherf**ker.”

We certainly wonder what would have happened if Mike Tyson did, in fact, compete in the world of MMA during his heydays. Sadly, fans never got to see it happen.
