Gwen Stefani recently lost a kushy television job. The Voice‘s decision this spring to go with the younger Ariana Grande as the main female judge hasn’t kept the No Doubt singer from finding happiness.
Gwen celebrated the first anniversary of her engagement to country star Blake Shelton by sharing an intimate moment. Stefani shared a photo and videos of her real-time reaction to Shelton’s marriage proposal.
“One year ago today?! 🙏🏻October 17th 2020 we got engaged! @blakeshelton I love you!”
The previously private videos show Blake giving Gwen a kiss on the cheek as she shows off her new rock. She also appears surprised and filled with joy as Shelton embraces her and shows off the ring.
The couple was married at Blake Shelton’s Oklahoma ranch on July 3. The singer looked beautiful in a custom-made white gown. The dress was designed just for Gwen Stefani by designer Vera Wang. Adam Levine rejected what he considered a low-ball offer to perform at the wedding.
Blake has a few live appearances coming up in Connecticut, Waterloo, NY, and Augusta, GA. Gwen Stefani is performing as part of a residence at the Zappos Theater in Las Vegas, NV.
