On Wednesday, rapper Big Sean made his debut on Justin Credible and DJ Sourmilk’s radio show, “L.A. Leakers.” With Hit-Boy by his side, the rapper performed an impressive 9-minute freestyle.
One of the most notable subjects that Big Sean’s freestyle touched upon was related to his girlfriend, Jhené Aiko. In his freestyle, Big Sean called out NBA players for sliding into Aiko’s direct messages. The rapper also made a reference to A-list artists who still owe him his due.
A lot of songs I wrote for icons that I still ain’t even get publishing on
And some of them up more than me
I don’t know how they sleep at night knowing they wrong
Big Sean also expressed his gratitude to Kanye West for signing his advance check before contractually bringing him into G.O.O.D. Music. It seems that Big Sean remembers his friends just as well as his foes.
The rapper released his album Detroit 2 in 2020. However, he already seems to be cooking up more music for the coming year. Check out Big Sean’s entire freestyle here.
