The DJ then stated that he will be filing a lawsuit against McGregor. McGregor was even called white trash for the incident. According to a report by CNN, Facchinetti and his lawyer formally filed the charges recently and commented they did the same “because the world needs to know the fact that he is dangerous” in reference to Conor McGregor.
The Carabinieri police in Mariano Comasco, Como, Italy provided confirmation that the files were charged. A representative of the St-Regis Hotel, where the incident took place, also confirmed to CNN that the hotel is working with police and handed over its surveillance footage.
