There has been a significant reversal in the decision made in Blac Chyna‘s ongoing legal battle against her landlord. According to a report by Page Six, A California appeals court has ruled that the model’s landlord will now have to pay her $58,000.

It was earlier decided that Angela White, better known as Blac Chyna, would have to pay her landlord, Michael Kremerman a lump sum. However, three appellate court judges have now unanimously decided that Kremerman “acted without authority in entering judgment against [Chyna].”

The ruling also accused the earlier trial court of abusing its discretion, and stated that Kremerman “did not undertake diligent efforts to serve White.” Chyna’s lawyer, Lynna Ciani shared a statement celebrating the reversal.

Angela White is extremely pleased that a California appeals court has overturned an improper default judgment entered against her, and instead ordered her former landlord to pay [White] over $58,000 plus her legal costs on appeal.

The legal battle between Chyna and Kremerman began in 2019, when the landlord accused Chyna of terminating her lease five months early, and sued her for $48,000. However, the situation seems to be completely flipped now. Ciani has also stated that Chyna will be suing Kremerman for emotional distress.
