The COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect everyone in the world and that includes the likes of MMA fighters, musicians and more. Even Korn’s Jonathan Davis is still suffering from the effects of COVID-19. Now it seems Gene Simmons had a message for anti-vaxxers.
While speaking on “Good Morning Britain, Kiss frontman Gene Simmons sent a blistering message for those who are against COVID-19 vaccines. He told them to “get over” themselves and “stop being selfish” with regards to getting the vaccine.
“Get over yourself! We’re not concerned if you agree with it or not. We’re concerned about you making us sick. So get your God damn COVID shot and protect other people from getting your stuff.”
Look, before [they] go to school, you have to have your children get the flu vaccine and the polio vaccine, and there’s no discussion.”
The “Detroit Rock City” singer stated that the UK “should” mandate mask usage as well. Simmons ended the interview as he told anti-vaxxers: “Shut up, be respectful of other people and get a vaccine … Stop being selfish.”
The COVID-19 pandemic is still running rampant all over the world and it is definitely necessary to get vaccinated as soon as possible. We hope more and more people realize the importance of the vaccine before it is too late.
