It has been over a year since Joe Exotic became a viral sensation and well-known name after Nextflix’s “Tiger King’ blew up during the pandemic. The Tiger King star is still in prison at this moment. Now it seems he tried to get help from Cardi B of all people.
Joe Exotic recently took to his Instagram and uploaded a photo of a handwritten note, where he pleaded with Cardi B to get him out of prison. He simply told her to watch Tiger King 2 in order to help him out, telling her to be his hero.
This all started after Cardi B vowed to launch a GoFundMe account to free Joe Exotic, in a series of tweets that have since been deleted. This was just around the time Joe Exotic’s situation came to light in the world.
“Carol you think you slick bitch. Bout to start a gofundme account for Joe. He shall be free.”
Unfortunately, several media outlets pointed out that the company doesn’t allow fundraisers in defense of inmates convicted of violent crimes. Due to this, Cardi B ultimately backed down from helping him. Joe Exotic certainly still has some hope left and it remains to be seen whether he will ever be released from prison or not.
