LeBron James has had one of the most prolific careers in the history of the NBA. However, it seems that James has not yet had his fill, as there are still achievements that he has his eyes on.
One of these achievements is being the highest scoring player of all-time, in which category he is only behind Karl Malone and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. In a conversation with ESPN’s Dave McMenamin, James revealed that he is also in pursuit of another milestone.
Legends like Kobe Bryant and Magic Johnson have five championships to their names, while Michael Jordan has six. While James is still catching up, he hasn’t given up on his pursuit of six rings.
I still have a burning desire inside of me to want to continue to win and hold Larry O’Brien’s Trophy at the end of the season.
If LeBron gets his victory, it will be his fifth championship. However, if James truly wants to stand alongside Michael Jordan, it is time for him to really get his head in the game.
