Lil Theze Fatally Shot While Trying To Rob Ex Police Officer

Lil Theze is dead after being fatally shot while he was trying to rob a man who used to be a Police Captain. This is a tragic story and the entire event was caught on video.

ABC 7 reports that retired Oakland Police Captain Ersie Joyner was shot six times as three men tried to rob him at the gas station. He was minding his own business at the pump when he was ambushed.

Joyner fought back and retrieved his own gun which he used to shoot at the robbers. He killed one suspect, Lil Theze.

Lil Theze was a SOB x RBE affiliate. Former FBI Investigator Rick Smith spoke about the tragic case and he determined it was a justified killing. This is still a terrible situation that was very much avoidable.

“I think he was entirely justified in shooting the suspects. He felt his life was in jeopardy.”

“I just think the situation in Oakland is horrible and getting worse everyday and that’s a video example of how bad it is. There is an increased rate of fear and terror and lack of peace.”

Security camera footage at the pump captured the entire event. No sound can be heard on the video, but the chaos was clear as day. You can check out the video below.
