Eminem’s Music Caused Busta Rhymes To Trash Wyclef Jean’s Tour Bus

Eminem is one of the greatest rappers alive and everyone had a different reaction to the first time they heard Slim Shady’s music. Wyclef Jean shared a hilarious story about the first time fellow rapper Busta Rhymes listened to Eminem. Shady’s rhymes caused Busta to destroy Wyclef’s tour bus.

Wyclef told Hip Hop Is Real that upon hearing Em’s My Name Is for the first time, Busta completely wrecked his bus. He didn’t say whether it was because the music blew him away or that he hated it. All we know is that Busta Rhymes flipped out.

“Busta Rhymes will tell you, when he came on my tour bus, he literally broke my tour bus! … He trashed my tour bus. You know Bus, you still owe me for my tour bus!” 

We’ll have to wait and see if Busta will ever pay for Wyclef’s damaged bus. Wyclef said he still has nightmares of the strange moment to this day.

Eminem stayed busy in the 21 years since the release of his breakthrough single. He even has his own spaghetti joint in his hometown of Detroit, named after one of his most famous lyrics.

Slim Shady recently gave some advice on how to eat the spaghetti. He’s also performing at the Super Bowl halftime show this year along with Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar.
