Tara Reid made a name for herself for her portrayal of Vicky in the American Pie film franchise. The 45-year-old is also not afraid of showing off her body whenever she wants to. It seems she recently hit back at her haters as well.
Earlier this week Tera Reid took to her Instagram and uploaded a classy set of photos in a black and white filter. She could be seen sporting a bikini in both photos. Unfortunately, a lot of people started body-shaming her.
In fact, the body-shaming became so rampant that Tara Reid had to comment on her own post on Tuesday. She asked people to stop coming at her with their body-shaming comments.
“Stop hating start loving. “no one needs to be body shaming it’s not right it’s not cool and it hurts people. Please don’t be one of those people, it does have an affect.”
Due to this Tara Reid took to her Instagram once again the next day and uploaded another photo of herself in a bikini. This time around she made sure to directly address all the body-shamers. Reid made it clear that body-shaming is simply not acceptable.
To all who made their great comments exposing their hate for my artsy picture I posted yesterday, it was the angle. Here is another picture from yesterday to show you I am not too skinny, I have a high metabolism. Anyone with a high metabolism understands it’s impossible to gain weight. All I do is eat. To everyone who wrote something nice and stuck up for me, I love you! And keep spreading that love, it is the only thing that will save this world.
It is certainly unfortunate that Tara Reid was so affected by the body-shaming that she had to go the extra mile in order to justify herself. In the end, body-shaming is simply a bad thing to do. We urge people not to ever shame anyone for how they look as it is simply an unacceptable thing to do.
