Erika Jayne is certainly not having the best of times right now as she is almost broke. She also has no intention of watching the four-part Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion specials. Now it seems she has her own requirements when it comes to dating again.

As reported earlier, Erika Jayne blamed her estranged husband to deflect allegations of shady financial dealings. Jayne claimed that his firm managed her money while they were married and she was unaware of the fact.

It was also said that Erika Jayne is dating again now that she is back on the market following her divorce. Now it seems Erika Kayne has a list of requirements that must be met if anyone wants to date her.

While speaking to TMZ, Erika Jayne revealed the qualifications that any potential man must live up to, if he hopes to ever date Jayne. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star stated that the man must be intelligent, have some money. She also added that looks don’t matter too much.

While Erika Jayne is 50 right now, she stated that age is not a make or break for a new partner. However, there is a limit as to how young she will be willing to date. Jayne said that she is not dating anyone at the time being, so it remains to be seen if anyone lives up to her expectations or not.
