The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Dorit Kemsley, who recently got one million dollars worth of valuables stolen from her home, said she has beefed up her home security since the incident.
According to TMZ, the reality TV star spoke about the incident during an outing with her husband, Paul Kemsley, and some friends. The couple said they have taken immediate measures in the wake of the ordeal.
Dorit said the family has hired a 24-hour security service to prevent such incidents from happening in future, adding that she and her children were alone in the house when the burglary took place.
She said the only thought that came to her mind at the time of the incident was about protecting her children. She did not reveal whether the family wants to move out of the area, but her husband did.
According to Paul, the family is considering moving out of the locality but don’t want to disclose the new location for safety reasons. He further stated that police are still pursuing the case to find out who broke in to the couple’s house.
