Eminem Still Leaves Skylar Grey Starstruck When Working Together

Legendary rapper Eminem recently showed love to 50 Cent on the new Nas album. Recently, Eminem was revealed to be guest starring in 50 Cent’s ‘BMF’ series as “White Boy Rick. It seems Skylar Grey was starstruck working with Eminem.

Eminem is also never shy from telling fans about his humble beginnings, as he grew up very poor and portrayed as such in the film 8 Mile. He also recently opened up his own restaurant called ‘Mom’s spaghetti.

It also came as no surprise that Eminem also opened up a merchandise store called ‘The Trailer’ inside his ‘Mom’s Spaghetti’ restaurant. The name comes from the trailer park that Eminem used to live in while growing up.

Skylar Grey is currently one of the rising stars in the music industry and has had the pleasure of working with Eminem. While speaking to Graham “GSM” Matthews on his podcast, Grey admitted that she still gets starstruck working with Eminem.

I used to say, “Oh, I don’t get starstruck”. But I was just trying to be too cool. Of course, I get starstruck. I still get starstruck working with Eminem. I listened to him when I was a kid, and I can’t believe that he has been so supportive. We’ve done over a dozen songs, we’ve worked on over a dozen songs together. Whether he knows it or not, he’s kind of my mentor. But it’s just weird, and I’m still struck by that

Skylar Grey has certainly had a great time working with Eminem as the rapper has touched the lives of many with his songs over the years. Eminem’s rags to riches story remain one of the greatest in rapping history as he truly worked hard to make a name for himself and that will always remain an inspiration for fans and fellow rappers alike.
