Liv Tyler & Dave Gardner Call It Quits After 7-Year Relationship

“Lord of the Rings” star Liv Tyler and tycoon Dave Gardner have split up after seven years together. The couple have two kids together, their six-year-old son Sailor and five-year-old daughter Luna.

The couple, who had been engaged for six years, apparently split up in March, but kept the decision secret. They have also stated that the split is “entirely amicable.” A source close to the couple spoke to the Sun.

Dave and Liv spent all of the first lockdown together and are a great team as parents. But unfortunately, they’ve grown apart and increasingly they’ve been living separate lives. Both wanted to focus on their careers — her acting and producing, and Dave running his business and working on David’s Inter Miami football project.

The source also revealed that despite the split, the couple have continued to remain on good terms with each other, They have also decided to co-parent their children, even though Tyler has moved back to Los Angeles, while Gardner has remained in London.

The source also revealed that Gardner’s close friend, David Beckham has been a pillar of support in these trying times. Both Tyler and Gardner’s friends and families have been very supportive.
